Confidentiality Policy for mobile application “Statistics in smartphone”
This confidentiality policy regulates the usage of mobile app “Statistics in smartphone” created by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine (further referred to as the mobile app).
This page is used to inform visitors about our policy to collect, use and disclose private information if someone has decided to use our mobile app. We neither use your information nor share it with anyone except for the cases described in this Confidentiality Policy.
What data are used for the operation of mobile app?
In line with Ukraine’s law on access to public information, the information holders are obliged to release and regularly update public information in open data format on the unified state web portal for open data. The mobile app makes use of public information from datasets placed by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine on the unified state web portal for open data data.gov.ua.
Information collection and usage
The mobile app does not collect, store or use personal data and does not require the provision of access to your device.
Safety
We do not use any personal information. However, keep in mind that no method of transmission via the Internet or method of electronic storage is a 100% safe and reliable and we cannot guarantee its absolute safety.
Links to other sites, apps
When using the images dissemination, you can use apps and services which you employ and which are in the device. This app does not use links to other sites except for the SSSU official site. If you use the third party app, you’ll be guided to it. Also note that we do not manage these external services. Therefore, we highly recommend you to review the Confidentiality Policy for these services. We do not control and are not responsible for the contents, confidentiality policy or practice related to the third party sites or services.
Changes in confidentiality policy
From to time, we can update our Confidentiality Policy. Therefore, we advise you to periodically review this page as to any changes made. We will inform you about any changes by releasing the new Confidentiality Policy on this page.
