According to paragraph 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of the Interests of Subjects of Submission of Reports and Other Documents During Martial Law or a State of War", natural persons, individual entrepreneurs, legal entities during martial law or a state of war within three months after its termination have the right not to submit statistical and financial reporting.
Due to the lack of reports during the period of martial law or the state of war, as well as within three months after its termination, the state statistical authorities suspend the publication of statistical information, with the exception of the consumer price index (CPI), export-import of goods, preliminary estimate of GDP, separate information on periods 2022-2023, as well as for 2021 and previous years
