Purpose of the SSO: formation of information regarding the start and completion of new construction of buildings to provide the information needs of users.

Basic statistical indicators:

  • the number of apartments in residential buildings at the start of construction;
  • the total area of residential and non-residential buildings at the start of construction;
  • the number of apartments in residential buildings put into operation;
  • total area of residential buildings put into operation;
  • the total area of non-residential buildings put into operation;
  • the total area of apartments in residential buildings put into operation;
  • living area of apartments in residential buildings put into operation;
  • the rate of growth (decrease) in the total area of residential buildings put into operation;
  • the total area of residential buildings put into operation, calculated per 1,000 people;
