The purpose of the SSO: formation of information on the number, size and salary structure of enterprises, institutions and organizations employees by characteristics for the purpose of analysis information support of the employees qualification structure and factors affecting the level, differentiation and dynamics of salaries

Main statistical indicators:
- The number of enterprises, separate subdivisions for which the assessment was carried out, of them depending on: the effect of the collective agreement; payment forms; application of the tariff grid (salary schemes);
- The average registered number of full-time employees;
- Average monthly salary of full-time employees;
- The number of full-time employees who were subject of research;
- Paid working time per year for an average full-time employee: worked; unworked;
- The average monthly salary of full-time employees who were subject of research, including by structure;
- Average hourly wages of full-time employees who were subject of research;
- The average salary of full-time employees who were subject to survey in October of the reporting year.
